The Houses are all walking distance to campus and are in the North of Campus area between 45th and 56th N/S and 15th and 20th E/W. We enjoy providing housing for UW students, and annexed housing for sororities and fraternities We are a small company and keep up the properties with workers that have been with us for 20+ years. We think that we are the most responsive private landlord in the U-District.
