We have 8-11 bedroom houses available. See Houses Available & Rents and then Register to see all houses availability and virtual tours. To rent a house, you need to raise 1.5 months rent as the deposits: LAST MONTH'S rent plus one half month's rent for SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
We do not charge application or credit check fees, and parking, washers, and dryers are free. As always, everything in our system is first-come, first-served, so timing is important.
