We are private landlord operating since 1988, not affiliated with the University of Washington's committed to professionally managing ten houses for students' comfort in the UW Seattle area.

Save money with a group. Great rents for houses very close to the University of Washington campus. We professionally manage 10 houses for groups of 8 to 11+ persons in the University District.

See Houses Available & Rents. To rent a house, you need to raise 1.5 months rent as the deposits: LAST MONTH'S rent plus one half month's rent for SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

We do not charge application or credit check fees, and parking, washers, and dryers are free. As always, everything in our system is first-come, first-served, so timing is important.
